Frequently asked questions
Straight answers for medical billing agency and RCM buyers.
How is Agency Suite billed? Is it per module or one subscription?
Agency Suite is a single subscription. One monthly (₹3,999/mo) or annual (₹39,990/yr) plan unlocks the bundled agency workbenches listed on the Products page. Free reference tools (ICD-10, CARC/RARC, NPI, and listed public references) stay free and do not require a subscription. Modules are not sold separately under the current catalog.
How do we get our data into the workbenches?
Teams typically enter records in-app or import via CSV where the module supports import (for example denials or roster-style uploads). There is no requirement to replace your PM or clearinghouse. Treat current workflows as CSV + manual entry unless a specific API is documented for your account.
What happens if we cancel?
Access to paid Agency Suite features ends when the subscription is no longer active. Free lookup tools remain available. Export any operational data you need before cancellation. Retention and deletion of account data follow our Privacy Policy; contact support if you need a deletion request confirmed in writing.
How is client data separated in a multi-client agency?
Agency Suite is built around client records under your account. Cases, AR items, and similar work objects are associated with a client and with the owning account so queues can be filtered and assigned by client. Staff should still follow your internal access policies. This is product-level isolation for multi-client agency operations— not a claim of certified multi-tenant healthcare compliance.
Do free tools require PHI?
No. Free tools are reference and registry lookups based on public or CMS-oriented data. Do not paste unnecessary patient identifiers into search or notes fields.
Is NexLookup HIPAA compliant?
We do not currently claim HIPAA compliance. See Security & data practices for current safeguards and roadmap.
Who is Agency Suite for?
Medical billing agencies and RCM teams that already have a PM/EHR/clearinghouse and need structured operational queues (denials, AR, follow-up, prior auth, posting exceptions, credentialing calendars, and related workbenches) instead of shared spreadsheets.
